Our story begins in 1984 in the New Jersey Meadowlands.  Located just four miles from mid-town Manhattan, the Meadowlands has been touted as being at the forefront of innovation and development in the tri-state area.

Our Facilities

Recognizing this trend, Meadowlands Consumer Center was born; a focus group facility and recruiting center, founded by moderators for moderators, that would draw from diverse populations representing Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Union, and Morris counties.

In 2008, after two facility renovations, a move to larger offices in the Meadowlands and the expansion of our in-house recruiting team, we launched into the New York City market with the grand opening of New York Consumer Center located in the heart of mid-town Manhattan. With its convenient location and extensive database, New York Consumer Center draws from the five boroughs and the broader tri-state area.

Renovated in 2019, New York Consumer Center continues the tradition of exceeding our clients’ expectations in every way. Offering flexible configurations including board room, living room, classroom and theater, innovative UX and creativity labs, mock trial, and jury settings with breakout rooms, our Centers are built for flexibility.
